Europeizace neziskového sektoru v ČR: NNO zabývajících se začleňováním dětí z institucionální péče

Abstract

In the international arena, European integration and globalization are becoming increasingly significant trends to which the Czech Republic must adapt by creating new international and supranational institutional and organizational structures. The Czech Republic's accession to the European Union and the process of Europeanization have opened up new opportunities and challenges for NGOs, which play a significant role in the participation of civil society in the European space. However, although Europeanization puts pressure on the political systems of EU member states, it is still unclear whether there is convergence between the member states, as empirical studies suggest that domestic changes tend to use alternative mechanisms. This diplomathesis deals with the impact of Europeanization on non-govermental organizations (NGOs) focused on integrating children from institutional care into society. The thesis explores the challenges and opportunities that arise with European integration for these actors and seeks to determine whether accessing EU funds provides sufficient motivation for the examined NPOs to Europeanize. V mezinárodním prostoru se stává stále výraznějším trendem evropská integrace a globalizace, na které se musí Česká republika přizpůsobit vytvářením nových mezinárodních a nadnárodních institucionálních a organizačních struktur. Se vstupem České republiky do Evropské unie a procesem europeizace se otevřely nové příležitosti a výzvy pro NNO, které hrají významnou roli v účasti občanské společnosti v evropském prostoru. Avšak, i když europeizace přináší tlak na politické systémy členských zemí EU, stále není jasné, zda dochází ke sbližování mezi členskými státy, neboť empirické studie naznačují, že domácí změny spíše využívají alternativní mechanismy. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dopady europeizace na neziskové organizace (NNO) zaměřené na integraci dětí z institucionální péče do společnosti. Práce zkoumá výzvy a příležitosti, které se s evropskou integrací pro tyto aktéry otevírají a snaží se zjistit, zda čerpání finančních prostředků z EU přináší pro zkoumané NNO dostatečnou motivaci k europeizaci. Cílem práce je zkoumat změny ve struktuře, praxi a strategickém plánování NNO, aby se získaly poznatky o tom, zda tyto organizace dokáží přizpůsobit svou činnost novým podmínkám v mezinárodním prostředí.
