Aneta Křivánková Title: Occupational therapy in the rehabilitation of patients after fracture of the distal radius and hand Abstract: This is a theoretical-practical work. The theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy and kinesiology of the upper limb with a focus on the hand and wrist, and then presents a summary of the most common fractures in this body part. The last and the longest chapter is about the possibilities of occupational therapy for patients fractures of the distal radius and hand, especially in the period after removal of fixation. Occupational therapy has a very wide application for these patients. Functional disorders of the hand and wrist, which are a frequent complication of fracture treatment, are often closely related to the limitation of self-sufficiency and have a great impact on the patient's quality of life. The aim of the practical part is chosen and verify the occupational therapy methods for people with fractures of the distal radius and hand. Aneta Křivánková Název bakalářské práce: Ergoterapie v rehabilitaci pacientů po fraktuře distálního radia a ruky Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Jedná se teoreticko-praktickou práci. Teoretická část v krátkosti rozebírá anatomii a kineziologii horní končetiny se zaměřením na ruku a zápěstí a následně představuje souhrn nejčastějších zlomenin v této oblasti. Poslední, nejobsáhlejší kapitola obsahuje možnosti ergoterapie u zlomenin distálního radia a ruky, a to zejména v době po odstranění fixace. Ergoterapie má v této oblasti velmi široké uplatnění. Funkční poruchy v oblasti ruky a zápěstí, které jsou častou komplikací léčby zlomenin, často úzce s omezením soběstačnosti a mají velký vliv na následnou kvalitu života pacienta. Cílem praktické části práce je výběr a ověření vybraných metod ergoterapie u osob s frakturami distálního radia a ruky. Tato část obsahuje kazuistiky tří pacientů, z nichž dva utrpěli zlomeninu distálního radia a jeden zlomeninu V. metakarpu. Každá kazuistika obsahuje podrobné vstupní a výstupní vyšetření se zaměřením na soběstačnost v denním životě (včetně standardizovaného vyšetření síly stisku, Purdue Pegboard Testu a Jebsen-Taylor testu) a popis náplně jednotlivých terapií,...
