Integrovaná léčba osob s duální diagnózou v programu následné péče: série kazuistik

Abstract

Background: In the addiction treatment continuum, there is a relatively large group of clients with a dual diagnosis who repeatedly fail in treatment and follow-up treatment, with frequent relapses and recurrences of the disease and subsequent returns to the treatment continuum. The case study is focused on the perception of the integrated treatment of dual diagnosis in the follow-up care program by clients with dual diagnosis. Objectives: The research aims to map the perception of the integrated treatment of dual diagnosis in the aftercare service by the clients themselves. The sub-goals were to map the perception of the connection between addiction treatment and their mental disorder, what factors clients perceive as important in their journey to recovery, and how they perceive the presence of clients without mental illness. Methods: The theoretical part was processed in the form of a search of professional literature. Východiska: V léčebném adiktologickém kontinuu je poměrně velká část klientů s duální diagnózou, která opakovaně selhává v léčbě a doléčování, kdy dochází k častým relapsům a recidivám onemocnění a následně návratům do léčebného kontinua. Série kazuistik je zaměřena na vnímání integrované léčby duální diagnózy a závislosti v programu následné péče samotnými klienty s duální diagnózou. Cíle: Cílem výzkumu je zmapovat vnímání integrované léčby duální diagnózy ve službě následné péče samotnými klienty. Dílčími cíli bylo zmapovat vnímání propojení léčby závislosti a jejich duševní poruchy, jaké faktory klienti vnímají jako významné při jejich cestě k úzdravě a jak vnímají přítomnost klientů bez duševního onemocnění. Metody: Teoretická část byla zpracována formou rešerše odborné literatury. Výzkumná část byla uskutečněna formou polostrukturovaných interview se třemi klienty doléčovacího programu, zpracování jejich kazuistik a jejich následnou komparací. Výzkumný soubor: Výzkumný soubor tvoří tři klienti doléčovacího programu vybraní záměrným výběrem. Podmínkou účasti ve výzkumném šetření bylo, aby účastníci výzkumu byli klienti s duální diagnózou závislosti na návykové látce a duševním onemocněním, kteří abstinují a navštěvují služby ambulantního doléčování.
