Rétorické dovednosti lektorů dalšího vzdělávání

Abstract

The diploma's thesis deals with the specific area od communication skills of further education lecturers - rhetoric. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the lecturers of further education develop their rhetorical skills so that the communication among them and the participants of education would be professional and effective. Firstly, the further education lecturer and his competencies with a focus on rhetorical skills are defined according to the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the theoretical basis of rhetoric, its history and forms such as verbal, non-verbal and paraverbal communication are described. Attention is paid to the communication skills of further education lecturers with the focus on their speech. Part of the thesis is a qualitative investigation. The aim of the investigation is to analyse how the preparation of lecturers of further education in the area of rhetorical skills looks like and what effect it has on the educational process. The investigation is carried out in the form of interviews with at least fourteen of further education who attend the courses in the field of adult education at least twice a month.

Diplomová práce se zabývá specifickou oblastí komunikačních dovedností lektorů dalšího vzdělávání - rétorikou. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem lektoři dalšího vzdělávání rozvíjí své rétorické dovednosti, aby komunikace mezi nimi a účastníky vzdělávání byla na profesionální úrovni a efektivní. Nejprve je charakterizován lektor dalšího vzdělávání dle Národního pedagogického institutu České republiky a jeho kompetence se zaměřením na rétorické dovednosti. Následně jsou popsána teoretická východiska rétoriky, její historie a složky, které tvoří verbální, neverbální a paraverbální komunikace. Pozornost je věnována komunikačním dovednostem lektorů dalšího vzdělávání s orientací na jejich projev. Součástí práce je kvalitativní šetření, jehož cílem je analyzovat proces přípravy lektorů dalšího vzdělávání v oblasti rétorických dovedností a jeho vliv na vzdělávací proces. Šetření je realizováno formou rozhovorů se čtrnácti lektory dalšího vzdělávání, kteří minimálně dvakrát měsíčně lektorují kurzy v oblasti vzdělávání dospělých.
