Attachment dětí v pěstounské péči na přechodnou dobu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the attachment of children placed in temporary foster care up to 2 years of age. PPPD is a specific form of foster care that has been embedded in our social system for a relatively short period of time, and its impact on attachment has not been studied in the Czech Republic. There is a lack of data on the influence of some factors that may play a role in the attachment formation process in this care (length of care, age of the foster parent, stress of the foster parent, age of the child at placement, risk score of the child). This research aims to help clarify the influence of these factors on attachment development in PPPD. The research is designed as a prospective longitudinal within-subjects design with analyses using the McNemar Bowker test of symmetry and multinomial hierarchical logistic regression. The thesis will use, among others, the laboratory Strange Situation Procedure and the Experiences in Close Relationships - Revised scale. We expect that greater length of PPPD, higher age of placement, higher foster parent stress, higher foster parent age, and higher child risk scores will predict insecure forms of attachment. Bakalářská práce pojednává o attachmentu dětí umístěných do pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu do 2 let věku. PPPD je specifická forma pěstounské péče, která je zakotvena v našem sociálním systému po relativně krátkou dobu a její dopad na vazbu není v České republice prozkoumán. Chybí údaje o vlivu některých faktorů, které v procesu utváření vazby v rámci této péče mohou hrát roli (délka péče, věk pěstouna, stres pěstouna, věk dítěte při umístění, rizikové skóre dítěte). Cílem výzkumu je pomoci objasnit vliv těchto faktorů na vývoj attachmentu v PPPD. Výzkum je navržen jako prospektivní longitudinální vnitrosubjektový plán s analýzou pomocí McNemar Bowker testu symetrie a multinomiální hierarchické logistické regrese. V práci bude mimo jiné použita laboratorní metoda Strange Situation Procedure a škála Experiences in Close Relationships - Revised. Očekáváme, že větší délka PPPD, vyšší věk umístění dítěte do péče, vyšší stres pěstouna, vyšší věk pěstouna a vyšší rizikové skóre dítěte budou predikovat nejisté formy attachmentu. Výsledná zjištění mohou přispět k lepší a výzkumy podložené praxi při implementaci této formy péče např. v oblasti umisťování dítěte do péče, výběru pěstounů či jejich odborné podpory.
