Současný stav hodnocení vědy v EU

Abstract

This work is describing a system of science evaluation in nineteen countries of European Union (EU 15+ Visegrad group). The objective is acquisition of information for the systems of evaluation and financing in individual countries and subsequent comparison. The main acquired information is related to national evaluation system in the country, system of financing in the country, financing and evaluating bodies in the country. It was also examined, which type of evaluation is used in the country (review or scientometry). If the evaluation took place in the form of scientometrics, the indicators used were determined. Information on individual countries was entered into a table and then summarized and interpreted. Finding information was mainly done by searching the web, in order to obtain the most up-to-date information. From the comparison, it was found that some countries do not have centralized evaluation systems. The countries where this rating was found most often use both review and scientometrics.

Tato práce popisuje systém hodnocení vědy v devatenácti zemích Evropské Unie (EU 15 + Visegrádská čtyřka). Cílem je získání informací k systémům hodnocení a financování v jednotlivých zemích a následné porovnání. Hlavními zjišťované informace se týkaly národního systému hodnocení v zemi, systému financování v zemi, financujících a hodnotících těles v zemi. Bylo také zjišťováno, jaký typ hodnocení je v zemi používán (review nebo scientometrie). Pokud hodnocení probíhalo formou scientometrie, byly zjišťovány používané indikátory. Informace k jednotlivým zemím byly zapisovány do tabulky a následně shrnuty a interpretovány. Zjišťování informací probíhalo především vyhledáváním na webu, kvůli nutnosti získání co nejaktuálnějších informací. Z porovnání bylo zjištěno, že některé země nemají centralizované systémy hodnocení. Země, u kterých bylo toto hodnocení nalezeno, používají nejčastěji review i scientometrii.
