Abstract

1 Anotace Cílem diplomové práce s názvem Moc v pomáhajících profesích je popsat specifika moci ve vztahu pomáhající a potřebný a předložit možné teoretické koncepty pomocí kterých lze mocenské vztahy v pomáhajících profesích analyzovat. Práce se mimo jiné soustředí na teorii trojúhelníku vzájemné závislosti, na jejímž základě je možné více porozumět vztahům, ve kterých je moc využívána k naplnění potřeb "mocensky silnější" strany. v druhé části práce je téma moci konkrétně zasazeno do prostředí dětského domova a do vztahu vychovatel - dítě v dětském domově. Tato část nabízí aplikaci konceptuálního rámce teorie vztahů vzájemné závislosti pro účely reflexe mocenských postavení a mocenských vztahů v pomáhajících profesích.

1 Abstract The aim of the thesis 'Power in the Helping Professions' is to describe the specifics of power in the relationship between the helping party and the recipient of the help. The work presents possible theoretical concepts through which we are able to analyse power relationships within helping professions. Furthermore, the thesis highlights the theory of the dependency triangle. The theory can be used to better understand the relationships in which power is used to meet the needs of the 'more powerful' party in the relationship. In the second part of the thesis, the issue of power is embedded in the orphanage setting and, in the educator-child relationship in the orphanage. This part offers an application of the dependency triangle concept for the purpose of power positions and power relationships reflection among the helping professions.
