Znalosti a dovednosti sester o moderních způsobech ošetřování nehojících se ran u pediatrických pacientů

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis "The knowledge and skills of nurses using modern ways to treat non- healing wounds in paediatric patients" deals with issues of difficult non-healing wounds occurring in children, their origin, their development and treatment. The goal of this thesis was to assess how much knowledge and skills nurses have in the field of professional treatment of wounds in children and its eventual measures to make an improvement of the patient's condition. The theoretical part brings an overview of reasons why wounds develop, their healing and current products that are used in the medical field for treatment. The empirical part summarizes the results of my own research and compares the results with other studies. To implement this thesis a questionnaire was made and distributed to selected wards in the Motol University Hospital. Into the study were included 71 fully completed questionnaires. After assessing the results a 100% success rate wasn't achieved by any nurse that partook in the study but it's obvious, they have certain knowledge about the matter. In conclusion, we accepted that this is a rare issue in paediatrics which needs to be researched further and correct procedures for nurses in practice need to be finalized.

Bakalářská práce "Znalosti a dovednosti sester o moderních způsobech ošetřování nehojících se ran u pediatrických pacientů" se zabývá problematikou výskytu obtížně hojitelných ran u dětí, jejich vznikem, způsobem léčby a ošetřováním. Cílem práce bylo posoudit, do jaké míry mají sestry potřebné vědomosti a dovednosti v oblasti profesionálního ošetřování dětských ran a případně navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení stavu. Teoretická část práce přináší přehled o příčinách vzniku ran, jejich hojení a aktuálně používaných přípravcích. Empirická část práce shrnuje výsledky vlastního šetření a porovnává je s jinými studiemi. Pro realizaci tohoto šetření byl vytvořen dotazník vlastní konstrukce, který byl distribuován sestrám na vybraná oddělení ve FN Motol. Do studie bylo zařazeno 71 řádně vyplněných dotazníků. Z výsledků vlastní práce vyplývá, že 100% úspěšnosti v dotazníku sice žádná sestra nedosáhla, nicméně je zřejmé, že jistou představu o problematice mají. V závěru práce jsme dospěli k potvrzení, že se jedná o okrajovou problematiku v pediatrii, která stále potřebuje pečlivé prostudování a vytvoření doporučovaných postupů sestrám pro praxi.
