Kvalita života pacientů po transplantaci ledviny

Abstract

Bachelor thesis "Quality of life in patients after kidney transplant" deals with issue of patient´s quality of livfe before and after transplantation. The objective of this thesis was to map quality of life before and after kidney transplantation in several dimensions - physical functioning, physical limitation, general health, vitality, social functioning, emotional issues and mental health. In theoretial section is presented overview of kidney diseasees, proces of transplantation and quality of life. In empirical section are presented methods of data collection, realisation of survey and results of this investigation. Chosen Method was standardized questionaire SF-36 supplemented with soci-demographic and health related information questionaire devised by autor. It was distributed among patients of nefrological ambulantory practice in IKEM which underwent kidney transplantation. Results: Quality of life of patients after udergoing tranplantation of kidney was better then before transplantationin these areas: perception of one`s own health, walking up the stirs one and more floors, walking hundred meters, managing worload, lesser difficulities in activities of daily living. Bakalářská práce "Kvalita života pacientů po transplantace ledviny" porovnává kvalitu života před transplantací a po transplantaci. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat kvalitu života u pacientů před a po transplantaci ledvin v několika dimenzích: fyzické fungování, fyzická omezení, všeobecné zdraví, vitalitu, sociální fungování, emoční problémy a duševní zdraví. Teoretická část práce prezentuje onemocnění ledvin, průběh transplantace ledvin a kvalitu života. V empirické části je prezentována metoda sběru dat, realizace vlastního šetření a přehled vlastních výsledků práce. Metodou výzkumného šetření byl standardizovaný dotazník SF-36 doplněný o sociodemografické a zdravotní údaje vlastní konstrukce. Dotazníky byly distribuovány pacientům navštěvující ambulanci nefrologie v IKEM, kteří podstoupili transplantaci ledviny. Výsledky: Kvalita života respondentů po transplantaci ledvin byla ve srovnání se stavem před transplantací lepší v těchto oblastech: vnímání vlastního zdraví, chůze po schodech do jednoho patra, chůze po schodech do více pater, chůze po ulici sto metrů, zvládání množství práce, menší potíže během každodenních činností. Bolesti méně bránily v práci a zaměstnání. Pozitivní posun proběhl u pocitu elánu, pocitu nervozity, pocitu deprese, pocitu klidu a pohody, pocitu naplnění energií, pocitu...
