Abstract

Peculiarities of the fantasy literature translation from English into Russian ABSTRACT This thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of translating fantasy literature from English into Russian and studies these features on the example of several literary works. The paper is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part contains the theoretical foundations of the translation of literature in the chosen genre based on the thematic works of Russian-speaking and English- speaking authors. Lexical and grammatical features of fantasy literature, types and classification of translation transformations are also analyzed here. A separate chapter is devoted to the problems and difficulties encountered by translators who deal with the literature of the genre under study. The second part of the work contains an analysis of translation transformations, primarily lexical and grammatical, in the translation of selected works. The main purpose of the work is to compare the approaches of translators to different fantasy subgenres, such as magical, urban and humorous fantasy, which allows us to identify the specific features of the translation of each subgenre. Based on the comparison, the work will reveal which specific translation transformations prevail in the works of the selected subgenres. KEYWORDS...

Specifika překladu literatury v žánru fantasy z angličtiny do ruštiny ABSTRAKT Tato práce je věnovaná zvláštnostem překladu fantasy literatury z angličtiny do ruštiny a prozkoumá rysy na příkladu několika literárních děl. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část obsahuje teoretické základy překladu literatury ve zvoleném žánru na základě tematických děl rusky a anglicky mluvících autorů. Provedena analýza lexikálních a gramatických rysy fantasy literatury, typy a klasifikace překladatelských transformací. Samostatná kapitola je věnována problémům a zvláštnostem, které mohou potkat překladatelé, zabývající literaturou zkoumaného žánru. Druhá část práce obsahuje analýzu překladatelských transformací, především lexikálních a gramatických, v překladu vybraných děl. Hlavním účelem práce je porovnat přístupy překladatelů k různým fantasy subžánrům, jako je magická, městská a humorná fantasy. Tato analýza umožňuje identifikovat specifické rysy překladu každého subžánru. Na základě srovnání práce odhalí, jaké konkrétní překladatelské proměny převládají v dílech vybraných subžánrů.
