Význam rituálů v edukačním procesu na základní škole

Abstract

(in English): The thesis focuses on the analysis and understanding of the phenomenon of rituals within the educational process in primary school. In the theoretical part, an introduction is made to the issue of rituals in general, with an emphasis on their occurrence in different cultures and societies. The concept of ritual is further defined, through the definition, functions and types of rituals, not only in the context of education, but also in the perspective of sociology, anthropology, psychology and theology. The theoretical section also explores the context of rituals in the educational process, including the hidden curriculum, school culture, social interactions and the socialization process. In the empirical part of the work, a research problem is formulated that focuses on identifying rituals in the school environment and their function, and examining the relationships between rituals and the educational process. The research objectives are specified to address key issues and contribute to a deeper understanding of the issue. The methodology includes research in the form of case studies and a questionnaire survey, in order to obtain a comprehensive view of the issue. (česky) Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a porozumění fenoménu rituálů v rámci edukačního procesu na základní škole. V teoretické části je proveden úvod do problematiky rituálů obecně, s důrazem na jejich výskyt v různých kulturách a společnostech. Dále je vymezen pojem rituál, a to prostřednictvím definice, funkcí a druhů rituálů, a to nejen v kontextu edukace, ale i z pohledu sociologie, antropologie, psychologie a teologie. Teoretická část se dále věnuje zkoumání souvislostí rituálů v edukačním procesu, zahrnující skryté kurikulum, kulturu školy, sociální interakce a proces socializace. V empirické části práce je formulován výzkumný problém, který spočívá v identifikaci rituálů ve školním prostředí a jejich funkce a na zkoumání vztahů mezi rituály a edukačním procesem. Cíle výzkumu jsou specifikovány tak, aby adresovaly klíčové otázky a přispěly k hlubšímu porozumění této problematice. Metodologie zahrnuje výzkum formou případových studií a dotazníkového šetření, s cílem získat komplexní pohled na danou problematiku.
