Vztah KDU-ČSL a českých křesťanských církví

Abstract

The thesis examines the relationship between the KDU-ČSL and the Czech Christian churches after 1989. The thesis outlines the development of the relationship between the church and the state, the shift of the KDU-ČSL from political Catholicism to the ecumenical cooperation of its members following the example of the German CDU-CSU, the political role of the church and the theory of the relationship between political parties and interest groups is presented. The thesis, within its practical-analytical part, operates with church subjects, which it considers to be interest groups, and strives to introduce and describe their mutual relationship. In the practical-analytical part of the thesis is used the content analysis of the election programs of the KDU-ČSL and are examined the priorities of the Czech Christian churches contained in them, which is placed in a wider context. The thesis also presents a case study of church restitutions, in which the phenomenon of the fact that the KDU-ČSL becomes a political party protecting the interests of the church in the form of the return of church property confiscated by the communist regime is presented. Práce zkoumá nastavení vztahu KDU-ČSL a českých křesťanských církví po roce 1989. V práci je nastíněn vývoj vztahu církve a státu, posun KDU-ČSL od politického katolicismu k ekumenické spolupráci jejích členů po vzoru německé CDU-CSU, je popsána politická úloha církve a představena teorie vztahu politických stran a zájmových skupin. Práce v rámci své prakticko-analytické části operuje s církevními subjekty, které považuje za zájmové skupiny a usiluje o představení a popsání jejich vzájemného vztahu. V prakticko-analytické části práce využívá obsahové analýzy volebních programů KDU-ČSL a zkoumá v nich obsažené priority českých křesťanských církví, které klade do širšího kontextu. Práce též představuje případovou studii církevních restitucí, na nichž je předložen fenomén skutečnosti, že se KDU-ČSL fakticky stává jako politická strana ochránkyní církevního zájmu v podobě návratu komunistickým režimem zabaveného církevního majetku. Práce se zaměřuje na snahu KDU-ČSL vedoucí ke schválení návratu církevního majetku, který je ironií osudu vrácen v období, v němž strana není zastoupena v Poslanecké sněmovně Parlamentu ČR. Strana se po úspěšném návratu v roce 2013 též v rámci povolebních koaličních vyjednávání zasadila o udržení neměnnosti schválené podoby církevních restitucí. Práce tudíž nabízí široký...
