Divertikulární choroba na počátku nového tisíciletí

Abstract

Divertikulární choroba tlustého střeva je chorobou s relativně krátkou historií a překotným rozvojem názorů odborníků z řad gastroenterologů a chirurgů, týkajících se její patogeneze, konzervativních i operačních léčebných postupů a v neposlední řadě i prevence jejího vzniku. Je to choroba, jejíž četnost výskytu v průběhu dvacátého století významně rostla spolu s vývojem společnosti a změnami životního stylu. Zatímco na počátku dvacátého století byla tato choroba raritním nálezem při pitvě, na jeho závěru a na počátku století jednadvacátého se stala významným gastroenterologickým a chirurgickým problémem. Nezřídka jsem při rešerši článků narazil na tvrzení předních odborníků, že se jedná o "nemoc, či problém dvacátého století". Jelikož je rozvoj poznatků o této chorobě díky rychlému pokroku vědy překotný a informace se mnohdy zdají být roztříštěné a nekompletní, jako úkol této diplomové práce jsem zvolil popsání současného stavu nejnovějších hlavních poznatků o této chorobě formou rešerše recentních článků, literatury a zmapování historického vývoje hlavních poznatků stran patogeneze, léčby konzervativní a operačních postupů. Diverticular disease, colon cancer is a disease with a relatively short history and the rapid development of expert opinion among gastroenterologists and surgeons regarding its pathogenesis, conservative and surgical treatment procedures and , last but not least, prevent its occurrence. It is a disease whose frequency occurrence in the course of the twentieth century significantly increased along with the development of society and lifestyle changes. While at the beginning of the twentieth century was disease is a rare finding at autopsy , at its conclusion and the beginning of the century twenty-first became a major surgical gastroenterologickým problem.
