Svatava Neuwirthová Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta po plastice předního zkříženého vazu v kolenním kloubu Cíle práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexní zpracování informací o kolenním kloubu, jeho vyšetření, poraněních, a poté možnostech léčby poranění. Dále je to shrnutí informací, které se týkají problematiky rekonvalescence po plastice předního zkříženého vazu z pohledu fyzioterapie, zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po této operaci a navržení terapie na základě vstupního vyšetření, sledování jejího průběhu a zhodnocení efektu této terapie. Metody práce: V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty informace, které se týkají kolenního kloubu a to z hlediska anatomie a biomechaniky, dále jeho vyšetření, poranění a možnosti léčby těchto poranění. Dále popisuje poznatky z rehabilitačního procesu této diagnózy z pohledu fyzioterapie. V této části práce jsem vycházela z dostupné literatury. Seznam použité literatury je uveden na konci práce. Speciální část práce se věnuje kazuistice fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. U pacienta došlo i k sutuře menisků. Svatava Neuwirthová Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament repair in the knee joint Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide complex information about the knee joint, its examination, injuries, and then treatment options. Furthermore, it is a summary of the information concerning the problems of recovery after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction from the physiotherapy point of view, elaboration of a case report of physiotherapeutic care of the patient after this operation and to propose a therapy based on the initial examination, monitoring of its course and evaluation of the effect of this therapy. Methods: The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis summarizes information concerning the knee joint in terms of anatomy and biomechanics, its examination, injuries and treatment options.
