Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Title: Case study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Implantation of Total Knee Joint Endoprosthesis. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after implantation of total knee joint endoprosthesis and to develop theoretical basis for this diagnosis, applying them in therapy. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, general part and special part. General part describes problematics of gonarthrosis, indications for total knee joint endoprosthesis and and it's surgical procedure. Lastly, the general part is aimed at rehabilitation and special physiotherapeutetic procedures for patients with total knee joint endoprosthesis. Special part describes a case study of a patient with total knee joint endoprosthesis and is divided into individual therapies, initial examination and exit examination. Results: The patient's health conditions have improved during performed therapies described in special part. These therapies were created using information from general part. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu, pro tuto diagnózu zpracovat teoretické podklady a uplatnit je v terapii. Metody: Bakalářská práce je složena ze dvou částí, z části obecné a speciální. Obecná část seznamuje s problematikou gonartrózy, indikacemi k provedení totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu a operačním postupem. Na závěr je obecná část zaměřena na rehabilitaci a speciální fyzioterapeutické postupy používané u pacientů po implantaci TEP kolenního kloubu. Speciální část tvoří kazuistika pacienta po implantaci TEP kolenního kloubu, skládá se z jednotlivých terapií, vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Výsledky: Došlo ke zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacienta během provedených terapií popsaných ve speciální části, které byly navrženy dle podkladů z obecné části práce.
