iv Abstrakt Autor: Kateřina Dvorská Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po CMP s levostrannou hemiparézou Cíl: Získání a zpracování teoretických poznatků o cévní mozkové příhodě. Dále vypracování kazuistiky pacienta po CMP s levostrannou hemiparézou, zahrnující vlastní vyšetření, následný návrh terapie a její praktické provedení. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - obecné a speciální. Obecná část se věnuje teoretickému popisu onemocnění, jeho vyšetření a vybraným fyzioterapeutickým postupům. Informace k této části byly vyhledávány v učebnicích, studiích a odborných článcích. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta po CMP s levostrannou hemiparézou, která zahrnuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, 10 terapeutických jednotek a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Na konci speciální části se nachází zhodnocení efektu terapie a diskuze, ve které porovnávám metody použité při terapii a jejich výsledky s informacemi z odborných studií. Výsledky: V průběhu terapií docházelo k postupnému zlepšení stavu pacienta. Díky pokroku v hybnosti levé horní a dolní končetiny došlo k výraznému zlepšení po stránce samostatnosti včetně chůze a samoobsluhy při ADL. v Abstract Author: Kateřina Dvorská Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after stroke with left-sided hemiparesis Objective: Acquisition and processing of theoretical knowledge about stroke. Further development of a case study of a patient after stroke with left-sided hemiparesis, including own examination, subsequent therapy proposal, and its practical implementation. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - general and special. The general part offers the theoretical description of the disease, its examination, and selected physiotherapeutic procedures. Information provided for this part was retrieved from textbooks, studies, and scientific literature. Special part includes a case study of a patient after stroke with left-sided hemiparesis, which contains medical history, initial kinesiological analysis, ten therapeutic units, and a final kinesiological analysis. To conclude the special part, there is an evaluation of the therapy's effectiveness, a discussion comparing the methods used in therapy and their results with information from relevant research articles.
