Milan Martínek, Ph.D. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou TEP kolenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretické podklady vztahující se k diagnóze TEP kolenního kloubu. Speciální část bakalářské práce je zpracována za účelem vedení kazuistiky pacienta po implantaci TEP kolenního kloubu a zaznamenáním efektů vybraných postupů fyzioterapeutické péče. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je složena z teoretické a speciální části. Teoretická část se zabývá rešerší odborné literatury pro pochopení stavby a funkce kolenního kloubu z pohledu anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky. Práce dále popisuje problematiku osteoartrózy a jejích léčebných intervencí, typy totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu a operační postup při její implantaci. Teoretická část se ve svém závěru soustředí na možnosti řešení následné rehabilitace po implantaci TEP kolenního kloubu. Speciální část obsahuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, cíle terapeutické péče a důkladný záznam terapeutických jednotek. Data pro vypracování speciální části byla sbírána v souvislosti plnění odborné souvislé praxe v Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky. Milan Martínek, Ph.D. Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient diagnosed with TEP of the knee joint Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the theoretical background related to the diagnosis of TEP of the knee joint. The special part of the bachelor thesis is prepared in order to keep a case report of a patient after knee TEP implantation and to record the effects of selected physiotherapy care procedures. Methods: This bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and special part. The theoretical part deals with a literature search to understand the structure and function of the knee joint from the perspective of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics. The thesis also describes the problem of osteoarthritis and its therapeutic interventions, types of total knee arthroplasty and the surgical procedure for its implantation. The theoretical part in its conclusion focuses on the possibilities of solving the subsequent rehabilitation after knee joint TEP implantation. The special section includes the initial and outcome kinesiological examination, goals of therapeutic care and a thorough record of therapeutic units.
