Psychologická a sociokulturní adaptace ukrajinských uprchlíků v České republice. Role kulturní inteligence

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou psychologické a sociokulturní adaptace ukrajinských uprchlíků v České republice. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na problematiku psychologické a sociokulturní adaptace a roli kulturní inteligence v tomto procesu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje obecným pojmům jako je kultura, kulturní inteligence, psychologická a sociokulturní adaptace (kulturní adaptace), a specifikům adaptace nedobrovolných migrantů. Výzkum má za cíl porozumět zkušenostem respondentů a jejich adaptací jako výsledku procesu akulturace po dvou letech pobytu v České republice. Praktická část práce obsahuje výzkum vztahu mezi kulturní inteligencí a kulturní adaptací a případové studie Ukrajinců žijících v České republice s vízem dočasné ochrany. Respondenti popisují své zkušenosti v novém sociokulturním prostředí a hodnotí úroveň své psychologické a sociokulturní adaptace po téměř dvou letech pobytu v České republice. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí dotazníkového šetření a interview. Výzkumná zjištění nabízejí náhled do specifických témat a problémů kulturní adaptace respondentů a potvrzení důležitosti kulturní inteligence jako mediátoru akulturace. The bachelor's thesis adresses the question of a psychological and sociocultural adaptation of refugees from Ukraine in the Czech Republic. Besides, it focuses on the challenges of psychological and sociocultural adaptation and on the role of cultural intelligence in the process of cultural adaptation. The thesis is divided into two sections: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the the culture, cultural intelligence, psychological and sociocultural adaptation, and extends to the the specifics of acculuration among forced migrants. It is followed by the empirical part, which presents the research based on a mixed-method approach, combining interviews and questionnaires. The research aims to understand the respondents' experiences, along with the specific themes and issues of their cultural adaptation resulting from the acculturation process after two years of residing in the Czech Republic. Respondents describe their experiences in a new sociocultural environment and assess their levels of psychological and sociocultural adaptation.
