Jana Jelínková Konzultant: PhDr. et PhDr. PaedDr. Pavel Harsa, MBA, Ph.D., Ph.D. Název diplomové práce: Mapování zkušeností ergoterapeutů s podnikáním v oboru ergoterapie: výzvy a příležitosti. Abstrakt diplomové práce: Teoretická část této diplomové práce se zabývá zpracováním témat podnikání se specifiky plynoucími z oblasti zdravotnictví, oboru ergoterapie, a to včetně podmínek poskytování zdravotní péče a legislativní opory podnikání, znalostmi o získávání podnikatelských kompetencí, řešením etických otázek a kvality poskytovaných služeb. Praktická část zahrnuje kvalitativní analýzu hloubkových rozhovorů vedených se sedmi ergoterapeutkami, které založily a úspěšně provozují soukromou praxi. Cílem výzkumného rozhovoru bylo získat popisné informace o soukromých podnicích ergoterapeutek a zmapovat jejich osobní zkušenosti s podnikáním. Výsledkem tohoto zkoumání je pochopení jedinečného způsobu myšlení podnikajících ergoterapeutek prostřednictvím identifikace jejich motivů k založení podniku a následného odhalení podnikatelských příležitostí, kterými bylo zvýšení kvality poskytované péče. Abstract of the diploma thesis: The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of the topics of entrepreneurship with specifics arising from the fields of health care, occupational therapy, including the conditions of providing health care and the legislative support of business, knowledge about the acquisition of entrepreneurial competencies and addressing ethical and quality issues of services provided. The practical part includes qualitative analysis of in-depth interviews conducted with seven occupational therapists who have established and successfully run private practice. The aim of the research interview was to obtain descriptive information about private occupational therapists' private businesses and to map their personal experiences of entrepreneurship.
