Návrh edukačních materiálů pro předmět základy radiofarmacie pro vyšší odborné školy zdravotnické s oborem diplomovaný farmaceutický asistent

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem nukleární medicíny a radiofarmacie se zaměřením na vytvořením vhodných edukačních materiálů z této oblasti pro obor "diplomovaný farmaceutický asistent". Teoretická část obsahuje popis oboru farmaceutického asistenta a základní informace o nukleární medicíně. Tyto poznatky vyúsťují ve stěžejní kapitolu této práce, tedy radiofarmacii a přípravu radiofarmak. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou dotazníkových šetření. První úsek praktické části je tvořen dotazníkem zaměřením na učitele, kteří vyučují předměty se zaměřením na radiofarmacii pro obor "diplomovaný farmaceutický asistent". Druhý úsek praktické části je tvořen dotazníkem u studentů posledního ročníku zmíněného oboru. Oba tyto dotazníky mají za úkol zjistit informace o pedagogické realitě předmětů zaměřených na radiofarmacii a současně získat návrhy na zlepšení úrovně výuky pro budoucí studenty. Zde bylo zjištěno, že pouze 28,6 % dotazovaných učitelů využívá i jiné formy výuky než pouze frontální výuku. Dále byl zjištěn fakt, že žádný z 56 dotazovaných studentů nemá v plánu pracovat v laboratoři přípravy radiofarmak. The thesis addresses the topic of nuclear medicine and radiopharmacy, focusing on creating suitable educational materials in this field for the "Certified Pharmaceutical Assistant" study program. The theoretical part includes a description of the pharmaceutical assistant's role and basic information about nuclear medicine. These insights lead into the key chapter of this work, namely radiopharmacy and the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals. The empirical part of the thesis consists of two questionnaire surveys. The first section of the empirical part consists of a questionnaire aimed at teachers who teach subjects focused on radiopharmacy for the "Certified Pharmaceutical Assistant" study program. The second section of the empirical part consists of a questionnaire among students in their final year of the mentioned program. Both questionnaires aim to gather information on the pedagogical reality of subjects focused on radiopharmacy and simultaneously collect suggestions for improving teaching for future students. It was found that only 28,6 % of the surveyed teachers use teaching methods other than just frontal teaching.
