Zkušenosti gay rodin s učitelkami mateřských škol

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zkušenosti gay rodin s učitelkami mateřských škol. Cílem této práce bylo zkoumat a vyhodnotit pohledy rodin, kde jsou oběma rodiči muži, na spolupráci s učitelkami mateřských škol a popsat vztahy a komunikaci mezi homoparentální rodinou a učitelkou mateřské školy. Dalším cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda existují nějaké komunikační a vztahové bariéry v návaznosti na danou specifičnost výzkumných rodin. Teoretická část práce je úvodem do problematiky homoparentálních rodin, vztahu mezi rodinou a učitelkami mateřských škol, vycházející ze současných výzkumů z oblasti gay rodin a společnosti. Empirická část práce je provedena kvalitativním výzkumem, jehož metodou byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Rozhovory byly uskutečněny vždy s jedním rodičem z otcovského páru a k tomu byly provedené rozhovory s učitelkami mateřských škol, které mají profesní zkušenosti s dítětem vyrůstajícím v gay rodině. Výzkumný soubor tvořily tři rodiny a tři učitelky mateřských škol. Získaná data byla použita k analýze, která odhalila několik významných informací týkající se vztahu a komunikace mezi rodinami a učitelkami mateřských škol. This bachelor's thesis explores the topic of gay families' experiences with female kindergarten teachers. The aim of this thesis was to explore and evaluate the perspectives of families where both parents are male on working with female kindergarten teachers and to describe the relationships and communication between gay families and the kindergarten teacher. Another aim of this study was to determine if there are any communication and relationship barriers in relation to the given specificity of the research families. The theoretical part of the thesis is an introduction to the issue of homoparental families, the relationship between the family and the kindergarten teacher, based on current research in the field of gay families and society. The empirical part of the thesis is conducted through qualitative research, the method of which was a semi-structured interview. The interviews were conducted with one parent from the paternal couple each time, and in addition, interviews were conducted with kindergarten teachers who have professional experience with a child growing up in a gay family.
