Barbora Homonická Pyšková Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout v teoretické části problematiku coxartrózy, aloplastiky kyčelního kloubu, konkrétně totální endoprotézy, a péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou. V praktické části zpracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po TEP kyčelního kloubu. Metody: V první obecné části práce jsou na základě knižních zdrojů a relevantních odborných článků shrnuty informace o kyčelním kloubu, coxartróze, aloplastikách kyčelního kloubu, možnostech předoperační a pooperační péče. Následující speciální část se skládá z kazuistiky, která obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, terapeutické plány s vytyčením cílů rehabilitace, záznam terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení provedené terapie. Výsledky: Vytyčené cíle se podařilo z větší části splnit, což vyplývá z rozdílných výsledků vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. U pacienta se podařilo zcela nebo z velké části odstranit většinu nežádoucích reflexních změn v měkkých tkáních, zvýšit rozsah pohybu a svalovou sílu svalů PDK, zlepšit stereotyp stoje, a především chůze do té míry, aby mohl pacient požadovaným způsobem fungovat v...

Barbora Homonická Pyšková Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with diagnosis of total hip replacement Objective: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the issues of coxarthrosis, hip arthroplasty, specifically total hip replacements, and the care for patients with this diagnosis in the theoretical part. In the practical part, to process a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after total hip replacement. Methods: In the first general part of the thesis, information about the hip joint, coxarthrosis, hip arthroplasties, and preoperative and postoperative care options are summarized based on literature sources and relevant research articles. The following specific part consists of a case study, which includes an initial kinesiological analysis, therapeutic plans with rehabilitation goals, records of therapeutic units, an output kinesiological analysis, and an evaluation of the performed therapy. Results: The set goals were mostly achieved, as evidenced by the differences between the initial and output kinesiological analyses.
