Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po reimplantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po reimplantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Dále práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o anatomii kolenního kloubu, osteoartróze, totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu a následné rehabilitaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii kolenního kloubu, dále problematice osteoartrózy a její diagnostice. Poslední kapitola je věnována totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu, jejím indikacím a kontraindikacím, konzervativní a operativní léčbě a neposledně rehabilitaci před i po operačním zákroku. Praktická část obsahuje anamnézu pacienta, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a závěrečné zhodnocení efektu terapie. U pacienta došlo během terapie ke zlepšení zdravotního stavu. Využité metody fyzioterapie byly účinné. Klíčová slova: kolenní kloub, osteoartróza, totální endoprotéza, revizní implantace

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compile a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after reimplantation of total knee arthroplasty. Furthemore, the thesis includes theoretical knowledge about the subsequent rehabilitation. The tesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy of the knee joint, the issue of osteoarthritis, and its diagnosis. The last chapter is dedicated to total knee arthroplasty, its indications and contraindications, conservative and operative treatment, and finally, rehabilitation before and after the surgical procedure. The practical part includes the patient's anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, individual therapeutic units, final kinesiological analysis, and the concluding evaluation of the therapy. There was an improvement in the patient's health status during the therapy. The physiotherapy methods used were effective.
