Využití myofunkční terapie v logopedické intervenci u dětí předškolního věku

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je využití myofunkční terapie v logopedické intervenci u dětí předškolního věku. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se skládá ze tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole se věnujeme ontogenetickému vývoji řeči, jazyka a komunikace. Kapitola představuje jak předřečová stadia vývoje řeči, tak i stadia vlastního vývoje řeči, podrobně jsou zde rozepsány jazykové roviny z hlediska ontogeneze řeči. V druhé kapitole definujeme narušenou komunikační schopnost a uvádíme její klasifikaci z hlediska symptomatologie a etiologie. Kapitola obsahuje nejčastější druhy narušení vývoje řeči u dětí, u kterých se setkáváme s využitím prvků myofunkční terapie. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována myofunkčním poruchám. Ve třetí kapitole seznamujeme s diagnostikou a technikami a využitím myofunkční terapie v rámci logopedické intervence. Praktická část práce představuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit a popsat možnosti využití myofunkční terapie u dětí s narušenou komunikační schopností předškolního věku. The topic of this bachelor thesis is the use of myofunctional therapy in speech therapy intervention in preschool children. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of three main chapters. The first chapter deals with the ontogenetic development of speech, language, and communication. The chapter introduces both the pre-speech stages of speech development and the stages of speech development, the linguistic planes are discussed in detail in terms of speech ontogeny. In the second chapter, we define impaired communicative competence and present its classification in terms of symptomatology and etiology. The chapter includes the most common types of disorders of speech development in children for whom we encounter the use of elements of myofunctional therapy. Special attention is paid to myofunctional disorders. The third chapter introduces diagnosis and techniques and the use of myofunctional therapy in speech therapy intervention. The practical part of the thesis is a qualitative research investigation.
