Pracovní uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením v Karlovarském kraji

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje pracovnímu uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením v Karlovarském kraji. Cílem práce je zmapovat a poskytnout vhled na možnosti zaměstnání osob se sluchovým postižením na území vybraného regionu, dále také na možnosti podpory, které zde mohou osoby se sluchovým postižením využít z pohledu státních i neziskových institucí. V prvních kapitolách teoretické části je stručně popsána klasifikace osob se sluchovým postižením, způsoby komunikace, bariéry a příprava na povolání osob se sluchovým postižením. Následně je pozornost věnována problematice zaměstnávání, významu i možnostem zaměstnání osob se sluchovým postižením v České republice. Poté je upřesněna charakteristika institucí, které se věnují problematice zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením. Konkrétně se jedná o úřad práce, obecně prospěšnou společnost Tichý svět a neziskovou organizaci Česká unie neslyšících. Praktická část je zaměřena právě na výše zmíněné instituce působící na území Karlovarského kraje. Pro výzkumné šetření byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor určený pro zástupce úřadu práce, Tichého světa a České unie neslyšících. This bachelor's thesis deals the employment of people with hearing impairment in the Karlovy Vary region. The aim of thesis is to map and provide insight into the employment opportunities for people with hearing impairments in the territory of the selected region, as well as the support options that people with hearing impairments can use from the point of view of state and non- profit institutions. In the first chapters of the theoretical part, the classification of people with hearing impairment, methods of communication, barriers and preparation for the profession of people with hearing impairment is briefly described. Subsequently, attention is paid to the issue of employment, the importance and possibilities of employment of person with hearing impairment in the Czech Republic. Then the characteristics of the institutions that deal with the issue of employment of people with hearing impairment are specified. Specifically, it is the employment office, the public welfare society Tichý svět (The Silent World) and non-profit organization Czech Union of the Deaf.
