Přechod mladého člověka s mentálním postižením do dospělosti pohledem pečujících rodičů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem přechodu osob s mentálním postižením do dospělého života pohledem jejich pečujících rodičů. Zabývá se otázkou: Jak pečující rodiče postupují v procesu přechodu jejich syna/dcery s mentálním postižením do dospělosti a jak z jejich pohledu tento proces probíhá? Cílem bylo prozkoumat proces přechodu osob s mentálním postižením do dospělosti z pohledu pečujících rodičů a na základě výsledků provedeného výzkumu přispět k bližšímu porozumění této problematice. Metodou literární rešerše byla vypracována informační příprava výzkumu, která shrnuje teoretická východiska a současný stav poznání zvoleného tématu. Kvalitativního výzkumu se zúčastnili celkem tři rodiče osob s mentálním postižením ze třech různých rodin, kteří mají aktuální zkušenost s jejich přechodem do dospělého života. Data byla získána metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly realizovány v domácím prostředí informantů. Součástí výzkumu bylo zodpovězení šesti výzkumných podotázek, které oblast přechodu osob s mentálním postižením do dospělého života, pohledem jejich pečujících rodičů, blíže specifikují. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the transition of people with an intellectual disability into adulthood from the perspective of their caring parents. It addresses the question: How do caring parents proceed in the process of transition of their son/daughter with an intellectual disability into adulthood and how does this process work from their perspective? The aim was to explore the process of transition of persons with an intellectual disability into adulthood from the perspective of caring parents and to contribute to a better understanding of this issue based on the results of the research conducted. The literary research was used to develop an informative research preparation that summarizes the theoretical background and the current state of knowledge of the chosen topic. Three parents of people with an intellectual disability from three different families, who have current experience with their transition into adulthood, participated in the qualitative research.
