Abstract

Název: Diferenciace muskuloskeletálních poruch souvisejících s výkonem povolání zdravotních sester na lůžkových a ambulantních odděleních Cíle: Cílem této práce je zjistit prevalenci muskuloskeletálních poruch souvisejících s prací zdravotních sester a porovnat lokalizace těchto poruch u sester pracujících na ambulantních a lůžkových odděleních. Dalším cílem práce je zjistit spojitost výskytu MS poruch s dalšími faktory. Metodika: K provedení výzkumu byl vytvořen autorský dotazník, který vychází ze standardizovaného Skandinávského muskuloskeletálního dotazníku. Ten byl rozšířen v elektronické i tištěné formě do různých typů zdravotnických zařízení. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 146 respondentů převážně ženského pohlaví, pracujících na pozici zdravotní sestry. Ze získaných dat byly zpracovány výsledky a určeny závěry. Výsledky: Za posledních 12 měsíců se s muskuloskeletální poruchou související s výkonem povolání setkalo celkem 87 % a to v jednom či ve více segmentech těla. Nejčastěji postiženou oblastí pak byla krční a bederní páteř, v obou segmentech přibližně 65 %. Nejvýraznějším rozdílem mezi WRMDs u ambulantních a lůžkových sester je oblast zápěstí a ruky, kde je prevalence u ambulantních sester asi třikrát vyšší a v oblasti bederní páteře, kde je naopak téměř o 20 % nižší než u sester z lůžkových...

Title: Differentiation of work-related musculoskeletal disorders among nurses in inpatient and outpatient care units Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine a prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders among nurses and compare localization of disorders among inpatient and outpatient care units nurses. Another goal of the study was to find a connection between WRMDs and occurring common factors. Methods: There was a questionnaire made to conduct this study. It was based on standardised Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire (NMQ) and sent in both printed and electronic form to various healthcare facilities. The research group consisted of 146 respondents, mostly women, that work as a nurse. Results were processed from obtained data and the conclusions were determined. Results: In the last 12 months, 87 % of nurses suffered from work-related musculoskeletal disorders in at least one area of their body. The most commonly affected area was lower back and neck, both regions approximately 65 %. The biggest difference between nurses working in inpatient and outpatient care units was hand and wrist, where the results showed three times percentage of MS disorder occurence in the first group.
