Informovanost matek o prevenci syndromu náhlého úmrtí kojence

Abstract

Bakalářská práce nesoucí název "Informovanost matek o prevenci syndromu náhlého úmrtí kojence" se zabývá, jak již z názvu práce vyplývá, informovaností matek o rizikových a rovněž protektivních faktorech syndromu náhlého úmrtí kojence. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda a do jaké míry jsou matky o těchto faktorech informované. Práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část je zaměřená na základní poznatky o SIDS, důraz je kladen především na rizikové a protektivní faktory vzniku SIDS, které jsou v této problematice klíčové. Zabývá se rovněž problematikou ztráty dítěte na SIDS a procesem vyrovnání se s touto ztrátou. V empirické části práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na získání informací o znalostech respondentů na téma bezpečného spánku novorozenců a kojenců. Termín SIDS se v rámci dotazníkového šetření záměrně nevyskytoval, a to z toho důvodu, aby respondenti ve svých odpovědích nebyli ovlivněni. Cílem bylo, aby respondenti na otázky odpovídali tak, jak dotazované jevy budou reálně praktikovat a ne tak, jak si myslí, že jsou odpovědi správné. Získaná data a informace z dotazníkového šetření mají především posloužit sestrám pracujícím s novorozenci k zjištění, zda jsou matky dostatečně informované o bezpečném spánku novorozenců a kojenců a na jaké...

The bachelor thesis entitled "Mothers' awareness of prevention of sudden infant death syndrome", deals, as the title of the thesis implies, with mothers' awareness of risk and protective factors of sudden infant death syndrome. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether and to what extent mothers are informed of these factors. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part is focused on the basic knowledge about SIDS, the emphasis is put on risk and protective factors of SIDS, which are key in this issue. It is also focused on the issue of losing a child to SIDS and the process of coping with this loss. In the empirical part of the thesis are evaluated the results of a questionnaire survey aimed at obtaining information about the knowledge of respondents on the topic of safe sleep of newborns and infants. The term SIDS was deliberately omitted from the questionnaire survey in order not to influence respondents' answers. The aim was for respondents to answer the questions as they would actually practice the phenomena being questioned and not as they thought the answers were correct.
