Abstract

The Third Czechoslovak Republic Period in the Context of International Contracts and International Politics This thesis titled "The Third Czechoslovak Republic Period in the Context of International Contracts and International Politics" is divided into a total of five chapters. In the first chapter, or rather in its theoretical part, the author first defines the observed period of 1938-1948 and then defines the legal institutes with which he works in the thesis. In the second chapter of the thesis, the author describes the period of the so-called Second Republic and its political development. In the third chapter of the diploma thesis, the author describes the activities of the Czechoslovak authorities in foreign exile. In this chapter, he discusses the steps of the foreign resistance directing the Czechoslovak government in exile and the process leading to the denunciation of the Munich Agreement. In the last part of this chapter, the author discusses the influence of communist members of parliament on foreign resistance, the improvement of relations with the Soviet Union, President Beneš's visit in Moscow and the negotiation of an alliance agreement between Czechoslovakia and the USSR. In the fourth chapter of the diploma thesis, the author deals in detail with the so-called Potsdam Conference....

Shrnutí Období třetí Československé republiky v kontextu mezinárodních smluv a mezinárodní politiky Diplomová práce Období třetí Československé republiky v kontextu mezinárodních smluv a mezinárodní politiky se dělí celkem na pět kapitol. V první kapitole, resp. její teoretické části autor nejprve vymezuje sledované období let 1938-1948 a následně definuje právní instituty, se kterými v práci pracuje. V druhé kapitole diplomové práce autor popisuje období tzv. druhé republiky a jejího politického vývoje. Ve třetí kapitole diplomové práce autor popisuje činnost československých orgánů v zahraničním exilu. V rámci této kapitoly rozebírá kroky zahraničního odboje, směřující československé exilové vlády a proces vedoucí k oduznání Mnichovské dohody. V poslední části této kapitoly se autor věnuje vlivu komunistických poslanců na zahraniční odboj, zlepšení vztahů se Sovětským svazem, cestě prezidenta Beneše do Moskvy a sjednání spojenecké smlouvy mezi Československem a SSSR. Ve čtvrté kapitole diplomové práce se autor dopodrobna věnuje tzv. Postupimské konferenci. Autor zde nejprve popisuje vytvoření Národní fronty dle Košického vládního programu, následně se věnuje česko-německým vztahům v historickém kontextu a poté rozebírá československou cestu k Postupimské konferenci a vývojem československých požadavků na...
