Ukrajinské koordinátorky pro práci s uprchlíky a nastavení hranic jejich práce

Abstract

This thesis focuses on describing the nature and content of a newly emerging specific position, namely the Ukrainian coordinator. It aims to provide a deeper understanding of her role in the process of receiving and integrating Ukrainian refugees. The theoretical part of the thesis is set within the context of field social work and intercultural work, with an emphasis on setting professional boundaries within helping professions. The empirical part presents an analysis of 15 semi-structured interviews with Ukrainian coordinators. Special attention is paid to the challenges associated with setting boundaries in social and field work that the coordinators must face

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na popis povahy a náplně práce nově vznikající specifické pozice, tzv. ukrajinské koordinátorky, a měla by přinést hlubší pochopení její role v procesu přijímaní a integrace ukrajinských uprchlíků. Tato práce je teoreticky zasazena do kontextu terénní sociální práce a interkulturní práce, s důrazem na nastavování profesionálních hranic v rámci pomáhajících profesí. Empirická část představuje analýzu 15 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s ukrajinskými koordinátorkami. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována výzvám spojených s nastavením hranic v sociální a terénní práci, kterým musí koordinátorky čelit.
