První vlaštovka: Model komunitního a solidárního bydlení perspektivou commons

Abstract

In this master's thesis, the aim was to present a new model of community-based and solidarity housing using the example of the social cooperative První vlaštovka, which practices this housing model as the first in the Czech Republic. Data necessary for this purpose were obtained through qualitative research primarily based on semi-structured interviews. These interviews were conducted with individual members of the aforementioned cooperative. The interviews were supplemented by participant observation and data from sources independent of the research. The thesis focuses several aspects of the model. It introduces the basic principles on which the entire model is based. Furthermore, it examines how individual actors perceive the topic of housing, how they organize their work for the cooperative, and what rules they have established for this purpose. Subsequently, it presents how the cooperative interacts with its surroundings and explores the possibilities, limitations, and implementation of the model's (re)production. The theoretical framework of commons was chosen for interpreting the obtained data. It was perceived here as a certain perspective through which various things can be viewed as shared. V této diplomové práci bylo cílem představit nový model komunitního a solidárního bydlení na příkladu sociálního družstva První vlaštovka, které tento model bydlení praktikuje jako první v České republice. Data nezbytná pro tento účel byla získána formou kvalitativního výzkumu založeného zejména na metodě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Ty byly vedeny s jednotlivými členy výše zmíněného družstva. Rozhovory byly doplněny zúčastněným pozorováním a daty ze zdrojů nezávislých na výzkumu. Práce se soustředí několik aspektů tohoto modelu. Na představení základních principů, na kterých celý model stojí. Dále pak na to, jak jednotliví aktéři vnímají téma bydlení, jakým způsobem organizují svou práci pro družstvo a jaká pravidla si pro tento účel vytvořili. Následně bylo představeno, jakým způsobem dochází k propojení družstva s jeho okolím a jaké jsou možnosti, limity a realizace (re)produkce samotného modelu. K interpretaci získaných dat bylo zvoleno teoretické východisko commons. To zde bylo vnímáno jako jistá perspektiva, pomocí níž lze nahlížet různé věci jako sdílené.
