Poskytování case managementu v adikologických ambulantních službách

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Case management is an approach used to work with clients, which is also used within addiction outpatient facilities. The forms of case management utilized in these facilities may vary depending on the specific workplace and the individual worker who implements case management or its elements for direct work with clients of the facilities. AIM: The aim of the thesis is to describe and gain insight into the work with clients using case management in addiction outpatient services from the perspectives of professionals in the position od addictologist. METHODS: A qualitative approach was chosen as a suitable approach for the purposes of this thesis. The research tool was semi-structured interviews, which were conducted with ten respondents - addictologists, working in addiction outpatient facilities and using case management or its elements for working with clients. These interviews were then analyzed with open coding. MAIN RESULTS: The forms of case management differ mainly depending on the type of facility in which it is provided. VÝCHODISKA: Case management je přístup využívaný pro práci s klienty, který je poskytován i v rámci adiktologických ambulantních služeb. Podoby case managementu využívaných v adiktologických ambulantních službách se mohou odlišovat, a to v závislosti na typu konkrétního pracoviště, ale i na osobě konkrétního pracovníka, jenž case management nebo jeho prvky využívá pro přímou práci. CÍLE: Cílem práce je popsat a blíže nahlédnout do práce s klientem pomocí case managementu v adiktologických ambulantních službách z pohledů pracovníků na pozici adiktologa. METODY: Jako vhodný přístup pro účely diplomové práce byl zvolen přístup kvalitativní. Nástrojem výzkumu byly polostrukturované rozhovory, které byly realizovány s deseti respondenty - adiktologů, pracujícími v adiktologických ambulantních službách a využívající case management nebo jeho prvky pro práci s klienty. Rozhovory byly následně analyzovány pomocí otevřeného kódování. VÝSLEDKY: Podoby poskytování case managementu se liší zejména v závislosti na typu zařízení, ve kterém je poskytován.
