Abstract

1 Abstract Title: The use of graduates of the Management study program at Faculty of Physical Education and Sport on the labor market Objectives: This thesis aims is to identify and describe the employment of graduates in Physical Education and Sport Management from 2016 to 2022 in the labor market through electronic questioning. Methods: The conducted research used quantitative method, and information was obtained through electronic questioning via the Click4survey.cz website. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the selected literature. Results: The base sample for this study consists of graduates from 2016 to 2022. Out of a potential of 236 respondents who graduated during the period, responses were obtained from 115 respondents. The data was analyzed using the chi-square test, with emphasis on identifying variables such as respondents' gender and year of graduation. The results were then analyzed in detail and presented including a graphical format. The research focused on graduates' first steps after graduation, where it was found that more than half of the graduates continued the work they had just started during their studies. Název: Uplatnění absolventů UK FTVS oboru Management TVS na trhu práce Cíle: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je prostřednictvím elektronického dotazování zjistit a popsat uplatnění absolventů oboru Management tělesné výchovy a sportu z let 2016 až 2022 na trhu práce. Metody: Provedený výzkum spočíval ve využití kvantitativní metody, kdy byla využita metoda elektronického dotazování prostřednictvím webové stránky Click4survey.cz. Teoretická část práce vychází z vybrané literatury. Výsledky: Základním souborem pro tuto studii jsou absolventi za období 2016 až 2022. Z celkového počtu 236 potenciálních respondentů, kteří dokončili studium v daném období, se podařilo získat odpovědi od 115 respondentů. Data byla analyzována pomocí chí kvadrát testu, s důrazem na identifikační proměnné jako je pohlaví respondentů a rok ukončení studia. Výsledky byly následně detailně analyzovány a prezentovány včetně grafického zpracování. Výzkum se zaměřil na první kroky absolventů po ukončení studia, kdy bylo zjištěno, že více než polovina absolventů pokračovala v práci započaté právě již během studia. Taktéž bylo zjištěno, že jen poměrně nízké procento absolventů má zkušenost s nezaměstnaností ať už dobrovolnou, tak hlavně tou nedobrovolnou.
