Komentovaný překlad vybraných povídek Pauliny Flores

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je přeložit čtyři vybrané povídky z povídkové sbírky Qué vergüenza od současné chilské spisovatelky Pauliny Flores, konkrétně povídky Qué vergüenza, Tía Nana, Espíritu Americano a Laika. Překlad je realizován ze španělštiny do češtiny. První část práce je praktická a nachází se v ní daný překlad. Druhá část, teoretická, obsahuje analýzu originálního textu - informace o autorce, knižní předloze, současné chilské literatuře -, analýzu překladatelských problémů, které jsou rozděleny na problémy z lexikální a stylistické roviny, zdůvodnění jejich řešení a popis překladatelské metody podle Jiřího Levého. The aim of this thesis is to translate four selected short stories from the short story collection Qué vergüenza by the contemporary Chilean writer Paulina Flores, namely Qué vergüenza, Tía Nana, Espíritu Americano and Laika. The translation is made from Spanish into Czech. The first part of the thesis is practical and contains the given translation. The second part, theoretical, contains an analysis of the original text - information about the author, the book, contemporary Chilean literature -, an analysis of the translation problems, which are divided into lexical and stylistic problems, a justification of their solution and a description of the translation method according to Jiří Levý.
