Vývoj a současná situace tlumočení v Mexiku na příkladu jazykové kombinace čeština-španělština

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat vývoj a současnost tlumočení a okrajově i překladu v jazykové kombinaci (čeština-španělština a španělština-čeština) v Mexiku. Úvodní část práce představuje vývoj tlumočení v dané jazykové kombinaci v Mexiku, část metodologická, založená na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s tlumočnicemi a překladatelkami, z nichž některé zaštiťuje Velvyslanectví České republiky v Mexiku, osvětlí situaci současnou, kterou diplomantka v závěrečné části práce uceleně představí a za pomoci takto nasbíraných informací se pokusí najít odpovědi na otázky doposud nezodpovězené, mnohdy ani nepoložené. The aim of the present work is to investigate the development and current state of interpreting and, marginally, translation in the Czech-Spanish and Spanish-Czech language combination in Mexico. The introductory part of the thesis will present the development of translation and interpreting in the given language combination in Mexico, while the methodological part, based on semi-structured interviews of interpreters and translators not only under the auspices of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Mexico will shed light on the current situation, which the student will present as a whole and coherently in the final part of the thesis and, based on the information thus gathered, will try to find answers to questions that remain unanswered, often not even raised.
