Autorita z pohledu žáků a pedagogů na střední škole

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem autority, jakožto klíčovým prvkem ve vzdělávacím procesu a jejím chápáním ze strany žáků a pedagogů na střední škole. Primárně popisuje význam autority, její klíčové teorie a snaží se přiblížit respekt, jelikož s autoritou úzce souvisí. Práce se také zabývá výchovou a kázní, protože tyto faktory mají zásadní vliv na vnímání autority u žáků. Práce následně pojednává o rodičích a učiteli, jakožto primární a sekundární autoritě v životě dítěte. Cílem této práce je zejména pomocí kvalitativních metod výzkumu v oboru Pedagogika osvětlit a přiblížit problematiku autority v souvislosti se školním prostředím. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jak tuto problematiku vnímají žáci vyššího Gymnázia Sokolov a následně tyto data porovnat. Data byla získána pomocí šesti polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Participanti byli rozděleni do dvou skupin. První skupinu tvořili učitelé a druhou žáci a každý z nich poskytnul jeden rozhovor. Data následně byla analyzována skrze rozdělení vzešlých dat a následně došlo k induktivnímu a deduktivnímu kódování. Praktická část je poté rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První se věnuje atributům, které přispívají k autoritě pedagoga, druhá se zabývá důležitostí autority v edukačním prostředí, třetí se věnuje respektu a poslední kapitola rozebírá...

This bachelor's thesis explores the topic of authority as a key element in the educational process and examines its understanding by students and teachers at a secondary school. It primarily describes the significance of authority, its key theories, and seeks to elucidate respect, as it is closely related to authority. The thesis also addresses upbringing and discipline, as these factors significantly influence students' perception of authority. Furthermore, the thesis discusses parents and teachers as primary and secondary authorities in a child's life. The aim of this work is to shed light on the issue of authority in connection with the school environment using qualitative research methods in the field of Pedagogy. The practical part aimed to explore how students at Gymnázium Sokolov perceive this issue and subsequently compare this data. Data was collected through six semi-structured interviews. Participants were divided into two groups, with one group comprising teachers and the other students, each providing one interview.
