Genderové rozdíly v informovanosti o problému domácího násilí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zjistit, zda existují genderové rozdíly v informovanosti o problému domácího násilí. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na definování problematiky domácího násilí, jeho forem (fyzické, psychické, ekonomické, sexuální a sociální násilí) a aktérů domácího násilí, tedy oběti a pachatele. Následně se práce věnuje následkům domácího násilí pro oběti a dostupným zdrojům pomoci, včetně policie, lékařů, intervenčních center a dalších sociálních služeb. Je zmíněna také důležitost stereotypů spojených s domácím násilím, včetně genderových rolí a identit a jejich dopady na oběti a pachatele. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, zda gender nebo osobní zkušenost jedince s domácím násilím má vliv na informovanost o problematice a také zda existují rozdíly ve vnímání rozšířenosti domácího násilí ve společnosti mezi gendery. Prostřednictvím kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření přináší práce vhled do genderových rozdílů v informovanosti o domácím násilí a přispívá k lepšímu porozumění této důležité společenské problematiky. Výsledky naznačují, že ženy mají větší informovanost o problematice domácího násilí a možnostech jejího řešení než muži. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out whether there are gender differences in awareness of the problem of domestic violence. The thesis first focuses on defining the issue of domestic violence, its forms (physical, psychological, economic, sexual and social violence) and the actors of domestic violence, i.e. the victim and the perpetrator. It then looks at the consequences of domestic violence for victims and the available sources of help, including police, doctors, intervention centres and other social services. The importance of stereotypes associated with domestic violence, including gender roles and identities, and their impact on victims and perpetrators is also discussed. The aim of the research part is to find out whether gender or an individual's personal experience of domestic violence has an impact on awareness of the issue, and also whether there are differences in the perception of the prevalence of domestic violence in society among gender. Through a quantitative questionnaire survey, the thesis provides insight into gender differences in awareness of domestic violence and contributes to a better understanding of this important social issue.
