Učitelská profese v současné společnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením učitelů v současné společnosti, jak z pohledu učitelů, tak z pohledu veřejnosti, rozbor skutečností, které přispívají, a naopak snižují postavení učitelů ve společnosti. Abychom mohli pochopit postavení učitelů v současné společnosti, je potřeba začít u vývoje učitelské profese od 2. poloviny 18. století doposud. Ve své práci se zaměřuji na určité problémy, které ovlivňují samotný výkon v učitelské profesi. V prvních částech své práce stručně popisuji důležité události v minulosti, které zásadně ovlivnili vývoj školství a učitelství do formy, jakou známe dnes. V následujících částech podrobněji charakterizuji učitelské povolání z hlediska rolí, profesní přípravy a prestiže učitelů. Následuje seznámení se s problematikou pracovní doby učitelů z pohledu učitelů, zákona a veřejnosti, dále je zde rozebrána profesní příprava pedagogů a počet žáků na učitele ve třídách. Poslední část poukazuje na současné problémy učitelského vzdělávání z hlediska struktury učitelských sborů, kvalifikovanosti, pracovní zátěže učitelů a distanční výuky žaků, která je v současné době veřejností velice hodnocena a tím je i hodnoceno školství a učitelé. This bachelor thesis deals with the position of teachers in contemporary society, both from the point of view of teachers and from the point of view of the public, the analysis of facts that contribute and, on the contrary, reduce the position of teachers in society. In order to understand the position of the teachers in contemporary society, it is necessary to start with the development of the teaching profession from the second half of the 18th century to the present. In my work, I focus on certain problems that affect the performance in the teaching profession itself. In the first parts of my thesis, I briefly describe important events in the past that fundamentally influenced the development of education and teaching in the form we know today. In the following sections, I characterize the teaching profession in more detail in terms of roles, professional training and prestige of teachers. This is followed by an introduction to the issue of teachers' working hours from the point of view of teachers, the law and the public, as well as the professional training of teachers and the number of pupils per teacher in classes.
