Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem jinakosti, respektive jejím odrazem v současné literatuře pro mládež. Předmětem práce je analýza románů Wesley King: Daniel is different a Andreas Steinhöfel: Anders. Metody používané v této práci jsou rešerše, analýza a interpretace. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jakým způsobem se jednotliví autoři staví k fenoménu jinakosti. Zároveň je práce zaměřena na to, jaký typ jinakosti si jednotliví autoři vybírají a jakým způsobem je v dílech ztvárněna. V rámci kontextualizace je pozornost věnována také tomu, jak se k jednotlivým jedincům a jinakosti staví společnost, a sice rodina, spolužáci, škola a ostatní. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Jsou jimi teoretická část a teoreticko-analytická část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením termínu literatura pro mládež, dále fenoménem jinakosti v životě současné společnosti a rozdílným zpracováním tohoto jevu v literatuře adresované mládeži; zaměřuje se na žánrový popis adolescentního románu. Teoreticko- analytická část se zabývá samotnou analýzou vybraných děl se zaměřením na fenomén jinakosti u dospívajících jedinců. This bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of otherness, or its reflection in contemporary literature for young people. The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the novels Wesley King: Daniel is different and Andreas Steinhöfel: Anders. The methods used in this thesis are research, analysis, and interpretation. The aim of the thesis is to analyse how the authors approach the phenomenon of otherness. At the same time, the thesis focuses on what type of otherness each author chooses and how it is portrayed in the works. As part of the contextualisation, attention is also paid to how society, namely family, classmates, school, and others, related to the individual. The thesis is divided into two parts. These are the theoretical part and the theoretical- analytical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the term youth literature, the phenomenon of otherness in the life of contemporary society and the different treatments of this phenomenon in literature addressed to youth; it focuses on the genre description of the adolescent novel. The theoretical-analytical part deals with the analysis of selected works focusing on the phenomenon of otherness in adolescents.
