Rizika implementace eSSL u vybraného typu původců

Abstract

Cílem práce je vytvoření příkladového Katalogu rizik jak z pohledu původců, tak i dodavatelů eSSL, jenž poslouží jako funkční nástroj, který laické veřejnosti usnadní vhled do problematiky a stanoví rizika, která mohou nastat při implementaci eSSL. Úvodní kapitoly se budou zabývat analýzou legislativního rámce upravujícího oblast implementace eSSL. Dále budou formou dotazníkového šetření ověřeny zkušenosti původců a dodavatelů s implementací eSSL, v rámci něhož budou určena jednotlivá rizika, se kterými se při implementaci eSSL setkávají. V praktické části bude provedena analýza klíčových požadavků pro úspěšnou implementaci eSSL. Výše uvedené bude využito pro vypracování již zmíněného příkladového Katalogu rizik, jenž bude obsahovat též možnosti řešení či eliminaci jednotlivých rizik. Závěr bude věnován shrnutí zjištěných poznatků a rizik s návrhy na případná řešení a podněty k dalšímu zkoumání. Klíčová slova ESSL, implementace, katalog rizik, spisová služba

The aim of the thesis is to create an exemplary Risk Catalogue from the perspective of both eSSL originators and suppliers, which will serve as a functional tool that will facilitate the insight of the general public into the issue and determine the risks that may occur during the implementation of eSSL. The introductory chapters will deal with the analysis of the legislative framework governing the implementation of eSSL. In addition, the experiences of originators and suppliers with the implementation of eSSL will be verified by means of a questionnaire survey to identify the individual risks they encounter when implementing eSSL. In the practical part, an analysis of the key requirements for successful eSSL implementation will be carried out. The above will be used to develop the aforementioned example Risk Catalogue, which will also contain options for addressing or eliminating individual risks. The conclusion will be devoted to a summary of the findings and risks with suggestions for possible solutions and suggestions for further investigation.
