Studenti Právnické fakulty - jejich hodnoty, motivace a vztah k trestnímu právu

Abstract

Oblastí zájmu této práce jsou hodnoty a motivace studentů práv na vysoké škole. Práce je pak zaměřena především na hodnoty, které plní v osobnosti člověka řadu dalších funkcí, než jen funkci motivační. Práce v teoretické části ukazuje téma hodnot z pohledů různých teoretických směrů a také vazby mezi hodnotami a osobností či jejími ostatními motivačními složkami. Současně jsou zde představeny i metody výzkumu hodnot a jejich použití v praxi. Cílem empirické části bylo ukázat na specifika hodnotových orientací studentů a studentek práv, která jsou výrazně odlišná od charakteristik běžné populace, či která se u nich významně liší v závislosti na pohlaví. Doplňkovým cílem bylo pokusit se nastínit charakteristiky, které jsou společné jak studentům, tak advokátům působícím v oblasti trestního práva. Skupina studentů (bez rozdílu pohlaví) vykazuje oproti běžné populaci velmi výraznou preferenci sociálního a ekonomického hodnotového typu a celkový hodnotový profil se v dotazníku Study of Values výrazně liší od běžné populace, zejména pak u studentek. V některých charakteristikách hodnotových profilů dotazníku Study of Values byla zjištěna podobnost studentek s běžnou populací mužů a studentů s běžnou populací žen. The thesis deals with the values and motivation of Law Faculty students. It focuses primarily on values and their functions in the personality of a person - motivational as well as other. ln the theoretical part values, relations between values and personality or other motivation elements are considered from various theoretical points of view. Methods for value research and their use in practice are described. The aim of the empirical part is to point out the specific value orientation in Law Faculty students. Their orientation is considerably different from that of ordinary population. It also differs in men and women. A complementary aim of the thesis is to outline characteristics common for law students and lawyers who practice criminal law. ln comparison with ordinary population law students (regardless their gender) have strong preference of social and economic value types and their overall value profile in the Study of Values questionnaire is considerably d ifferent, especially in female students.
