Nákladová efektivita prenatálního screeningu duševního zdraví

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické části a systematického review. Teoretická část má za úkol čtenáře uvést do tématu perinatálního duševního zdraví žen. V této návaznosti jsou představeny nejčastější psychické obtíže a jejich specifika. Podstatnou součástí je shrnutí argumentace významných zdravotnických organizací na téma péče o matky. Nejdůležitější jsou pro tuto práci především závěry ohledně rutinního screeningu duševního zdraví. Zde panuje shoda ve prospěch včasné administrace screeningových nástrojů. Z toho důvodu je zahrnut přehled celosvětově užívaných screeningových metod, který se pokouší přiblížit jejich základní aspekty. V poslední kapitole jsou obsaženy způsoby hodnocení péče v rámci zdravotní ekonomiky, které mají posloužit k lepšímu porozumění druhé části práce. Systematické review se věnuje nákladové efektivitě prenatálního screeningu duševního zdraví žen. Kapitoly přibližují základní charakteristiky zahrnutých studií, a to včetně popisu populace, typu analytického modelu či volby screeningové strategie. Těžištěm práce je analýza výsledků nákladové efektivity. Ve všech pěti studiích byla zjištěna spojitost mezi užitím screeningového nástroje a úsporou investic oproti standardní péči. This bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part and a systematic review. The theoretical part aims to introduce the reader to the topic of maternal perinatal mental health. In this context, the most common mental health issues and their specifics are presented. A significant part is a summary of the arguments of major health organizations on the topic of maternal care. The most important conclusions for this work are those regarding the routine screening of mental health. There is a consensus in favor of the early administration of the screening tools. Therefore, an overview of globally used screening methods is included, attempting to outline their basic aspects. The last chapter contains methods of assessing care within health economics, which are intended to provide a better understanding of the second part of this work. The systematic review focuses on the cost-effectiveness of prenatal maternal mental health screening. The chapters describe the basic characteristics of the included studies, such as the description of the population, type of analytic model and choice of the screening strategy.
