Zvířecí kosti z hradu Sion

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována archeozoologické analýze souboru zvířecích kostí z hradu Sion (kat.ú. Chlístovice, okr. Kutná Hora), který je datován do období husitských válek (1. pol. 15. stol.). Práce je rozdělena na teoretickoua praktickou část. Teoretická část krátce shrnuje vývoj bádání a přibližuje využití hospodářských zvířat. Další kapitoly pojednávají o historickém kontextu hradu a jeho vnitřním uspořádání. V praktické části práce je kosterní materiál podroben základním archeozoologickým analýzám. V závěru jsou výsledky analýz kombinovaně vyhodnoceny. Cílem práce je prostřednictvímzákladní analýzy zvířecíchkostí přiblížit hospodářskou situaci tamních obyvatel a rekonstruovat jejich jídelníček. Výsledky přispěly k rozšíření pramenné základny hradního hospodářství pozdního středověku.

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the archaeozoological analysis of a set of animal bones from the castle of Sion (Chlístovice,Kutná Hora district),which dates back to the Hussite Wars (1st half of the 15th century). The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part briefly summarizes the development of research and introduces the use of livestock. Other chapters deal with the historical context of the castle and its internal layout. In the practical part of the thesis the skeletal material is subjected to basic archaeozoological analyses. Finally, the results of the analyses are evaluated in a combined manner. The aim of the thesis is to approximate the economic situation of the local inhabitants and to reconstruct their diet through a basic analysis of the animal bones. The results have contributedto the expansion of the source base of the castle economy of the late Middle Ages.
