Multikulturalismus a ženy cizinky žijící v České republice

Abstract

Na začátku mé práce jsem se rozhodla zaměřit se na zkušenosti cizinek, které jsou nedílnou součástí naší neustále rozvinující se společnosti. Můj cíl v této bakalářské práci bylo zjistit a pokusit se vysvětlit, jak se multikulturalismus projevuje v České republice z perspektivy cizinek žijících v této zemi. Práce se zabývala analýzou různých aspektů multikulturalismu v českém kontextu, přičemž se zaměřila na perspektivu žen jako klíčových aktérů v procesu kulturní integrace. Analyzovala jsem jak se multikulturalismus projevuje v každodenním životě, komunitních vztazích a vztahu mezi různými kulturami a společností. V závěru této bakalářské práce lze konstatovat, že studium multikulturalismu a zkušeností cizinek žijících v České republice je nesmírně důležité pro pochopení dynamiky současné společnosti. Zjištění naznačují, že multikulturalismus není pouze otázkou soužití různých kultur, ale také o vzájemném respektu, porozumění a přijetí. Zároveň je třeba si uvědomit, že multikulturalismus může přinášet jak výzvy, tak i příležitosti. At the beginning of my work, I decided to focus on the experiences of foreign women, who are an integral part of our ever-evolving society. My aim in this bachelor thesis was to find out and try to explain how multiculturalism manifests itself in the Czech Republic from the perspective of foreign women living in this country. The thesis analysed various aspects of multiculturalism in the Czech context, focusing on the perspective of women as key actors in the process of cultural integration. I analysed how multiculturalism manifests itself in everyday life, community relations and the relationship between different cultures and society. In the conclusion of this bachelor thesis, it can be stated that the study of multiculturalism and the experiences of foreign women living in the Czech Republic is extremely important for understanding the dynamics of contemporary society. The findings suggest that multiculturalism is not only a matter of different cultures living together, but also about mutual respect, understanding and acceptance. At the same time, it is important to recognize that multiculturalism can bring both challenges and opportunities.
