Střet zájmů v české politice a jeho možné řešení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce Střet zájmů v české politice a jeho možné řešení se zabývá analýzou střetu zájmů u členů české vlády v letech 2018-2023. Autorka pomocí mnohopřípadové metody analyzuje konkrétní případy střetů zájmů členů vlády. Předmětem zkoumání je, jací členové vlády byli v letech 2018-2023 ve střetu zájmů, v čem jejich střet zájmů spočíval, o jaký druh střetu zájmů se jednalo a jakým přístupem podle dělení Davise a Starka1 jednotliví členové vlády tyto střety zájmů řešili. Závěrem práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na střet zájmů v české vrcholné politice a nabízí doporučení pro zlepšení standardů v politickém prostředí. 1 DAVIS, M., STARK, A.: Conflicts of Interest in the Professions. The bachelor thesis Conflict of Interest in the Czech Politics and its Possible Solution deals with the analysis of conflict of interest among members of the government in the years 2018- 2023. The subject of the research is what members of the government were in conflict of interest in 2018-2023, what their conflict of interest consisted of, what kind of conflict of interest it was, what approach according to the division of Davis and Stark1 individual members of the government dealt with these conflicts of interest. Finally, the thesis provides a comprehensive view of conflicts of interest in Czech top politics and offers recommendations for improving standards in the political environment. 1 Ibid.
