Pastorační péče o dospívající s duševním onemocněním

Abstract

Problematika duševního zdraví dospívajících je dnes velkým tématem celospolečenských diskuzí. Do popředí zájmu se v posledních letech dostala zejména v důsledku pandemie covidu-19 a jejích dopadů, které do značné míry postihly také generaci dnešních dospíva- jících. Tato práce je snahou diskuzi sestávající z důležitých psychologických, psychiatric- kých a sociologických příspěvků obohatit také o hlas teologický. Prostřednictvím hlavní výzkumné otázky po úloze pastorační péče o dospívající s duševním onemocněním práce zkoumá roli pastorační péče v kontextu komplexní léčby duševních onemocnění a zá- roveň vymezuje její specifické funkce, možnosti, úskalí a omezení. První kapitola tvoří pomocí tří různých perspektiv - z oblasti sociologie, psychologie a praktické teologie - ukotvení, ohraničení a vymezení problému. Druhá kapitola se věnuje několika tématům a otázkám, které jsou úzce spojeny s aktéry pastorační péče - doprovázejícím a dopro- vázeným. Ve třetí kapitole jsou následně předloženy konkrétní postupy pastorační péče o dospívající s duševním onemocněním z oblasti prevence duševního onemocnění, kri- zové intervence v případech sebevražedného jednání a dlouhodobého doprovázení do- spívajících s duševním onemocněním. The issue of adolescent mental health is currently one of the major topics of societal dis- cussion. In recent years, it has particularly come to the forefront due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts, which have significantly affected the generation of today's adolescents. This thesis called The Pastoral Care of Adolescents with Mental Illness at- tempts to diversify the psychological, psychiatric, and sociological discussion with a the- ological perspective. Through the main research question on the task of pastoral care of adolescents with mental illness, the thesis examines the role of pastoral care in the con- text of complex treatment of mental illnesses while also defining its specific functions, possibilities, challenges, and limitations. The first chapter embeds, delineates, and defi- nes the problem using three different perspectives - from the fields of sociology, psycho- logy, and practical theology. The second chapter addresses several pastoral themes and questions closely connected with the actors of pastoral care - the accompanying and the accompanied.
