ADRA o.p.s. - Transformace a vývoj humanitární pomoci v České republice od dobrovolnictví k profesionální pomoci, současná role neziskových organizací při mimořádných událostech velkého rozsahu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce má za cíl zmapovat vývoj humanitární pomoci na území České republiky od roku 1997, pojmenovat základní momenty a činitele, které přispěly k jejímu vývoji a postupné transformaci. Dále má za cíl definovat současnou roli neziskových organizací při vzniku mimořádné události velkého rozsahu. Součástí práce jsou definice základních pojmů, humanitární pomoc, mimořádná událost, integrovaný záchranný systém a nestátní nezisková organizace, které usnadňují vhled do problematiky a porozumění kontextu práce. Ze stejného důvodu jsou v práci zmapovány základní milníky a události, které humanitární pomoc formovaly do stávající podoby a je zde popsán vývoj integrovaného záchranného systému včetně procesu jeho propojování s neziskovým sektorem. Humanitární pomoc na území České republiky je neoddělitelně propojena s organizací ADRA o.p.s., která patří od roku 1992 mezi klíčové aktéry humanitárního sektoru, proto tato diplomová práce na jejím vývoji a vnitřní struktuře demonstruje připravenost na mimořádné události.

This thesis aims to map the development of humanitarian aid in the Czech Republic since 1997, identifying the key moments and factors that have contributed to its evolution and gradual transformation. It also aims to define the current role of non-profit organizations in large-scale emergency events. The thesis includes definitions of fundamental concepts such as humanitarian aid, emergency event, integrated rescue system, and non-governmental non-profit organization, which facilitate insight into the issues and understanding of the context. For the same reason, the thesis maps out the basic milestones and events that have shaped humanitarian aid into its current form and describes the development of the integrated rescue system, including the process of its integration with the non-profit sector. Humanitarian aid in the Czech Republic is inseparably connected with the organization ADRA o.p.s., which has been one of the key players in the humanitarian sector since 1992. Therefore, this thesis demonstrates preparedness for emergencies through the development and internal structure of ADRA.
