Role sociálního pracovníka v doprovázení pěstounských rodin

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem Role sociálního pracovníka v doprovázení pěstounských rodin má za cíl zmapovat rozsah role sociálního pracovníka při výkonu doprovázení pěstounských rodin v České republice. V teoretické části této práce je popsána oblast pěstounské péče v systému sociálně-právní ochrany dětí včetně legislativního rámce. Dále je popsána oblast doprovázení pěstounských rodin a tato cílová skupina se zaměřením na její specifika. Teoretická část je zakončena popisem role sociálního pracovníka v doprovázení, jeho kompetencí a stručným přehledem nových možností podpory cílové skupiny. Empirická část obsahuje šest vybraných kazuistik zobrazujících rozsah a formy podpory pěstounských rodin ze strany sociálního pracovníka. Výstupy jsou vyhodnoceny v diskuzi. The bachelor thesis entitled The Role of the Social Worker in Accompanying Foster Families aims to map the scope of the role of the social worker in accompanying foster families in the Czech Republic. The theoretical section of this thesis describes the area of foster care in the system of social and legal protection of children, including the legislative framework. Furthermore, the area of accompanying foster families and this target group is described with a focus on its specifics. The theoretical section ends with a description of the role of the social worker in accompaniment, his/her competencies and a brief overview of new possibilities of support for the target group. The empirical section contains six selected case studies showing the extent and forms of support for foster families by the social worker. The findings are evaluated in the discussion.
