Abstract

Počítání sacharidů u diabetu 1.typu Abstrakt Diplomová práce s názvem "Počítání sacharidů u diabetu 1.typu" je zaměřena na to, jak počítat sacharidy a podle výpočtu přesně určit dávku inzulinu. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit, jak počítání sacharidů u diabetiků a přechod k flexibilnímu inzulinovému režimu ovlivní kompenzaci diabetu. V diplomové práci byly stanoveny 4 výzkumné otázky. Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část, teoretická, se zaměřuje na problematiku diabetu obecně, diagnostiku, komplikace a léčbu. Druhá část práce je praktická a prezentuje výsledky zkoumání. Praktická část této diplomové práce byla zpracována metodou kvantitativního retrospektivního výzkumu. Data byla získávána po dobu 6 měsíců pomocí senzorových technologií, konkrétně pomocí senzorů Dexcom a Libre. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 20 respondenty, kteří absolvovali během 6 měsíců 3 nutriční intervence, naučili se vypočítat přesné množství sacharidů v jídle a k němu určit adekvátní bolusovou dávku inzulinu. Respondenti pro ulehčení využívali bolusový kalkulátor v mobilní aplikaci MyLife a aplikaci Kalorické tabulky. Výsledky jsou prezentovány pomocí grafů a tabulek. Counting carbohydrates in type 1 diabetes mellitus Abstract The thesis entitled "Carbohydrate Counting in Type 1 Diabetes" focuses on how to count carbohydrates and accurately determine the insulin dose according to the calculation. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate how carbohydrate counting in diabetic patients and switching to a flexible insulin regimen will affect diabetes compensation. In the thesis 4 research questions were set. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, theoretical, focuses on diabetes in general, diagnosis, complications and treatment. The second part of the thesis is practical and presents the results of the research. The practical part of this thesis was prepared using the method of quantitative retrospective research. Data was collected over a period of 6 months using sensor technology, specifically Dexcom and Libre sensors. The research population consisted of 20 respondents who underwent 3 nutritional interventions over a 6month period, learned to calculate the exact amount of carbohydrate in their meals and to determine an adequate bolus dose of insulin to go with it.
