Rozdíly rodičovských stylů výchovy mezi jednotlivými generacemi

Abstract

Diplomová práce zkoumá generační rozdíly ve výchovných stylech v českém prostředí, se zaměřením na válečnou generaci, baby boomers, generaci X a mileniály. Hlavním cílem bylo identifikovat tendence ve změnách výchovných přístupů a ověřit, zda mezi generacemi existují statisticky významné rozdíly. Literární část se věnuje významným teoretickým modelům výchovy, vlivům socio-demografických faktorů na rodičovství a charakteristikám jednotlivých generací včetně jejich historického a kulturního vývoje. V empirické části byl využit Dotazník o způsobu výchovy v rodině (Čáp & Boschek, 1994), aplikovaný na vzorek respondentů napříč generacemi, a chí-kvadrát testy pro analýzu dat. Výsledky analýz neověřily významný rozdíl mezi generacemi a výchovnými styly, prokázaly však významné rozdíly ve výchovném řízení mezi matkami a otci. Díky porovnání výsledků s obdobnými českými studiemi na toto téma přináší výzkum nové poznatky o vývoji rodičovských stylů v rámci času. The thesis examines generational differences in parenting styles in the Czech environment, focusing on the war generation, baby boomers, generation X and millennials. The main aim was to identify trends in changes in parenting approaches and to test whether statistically significant differences exist between generations. The literature section discusses important theoretical models of parenting, the effects of socio-demographic factors on parenting, and characteristics of each generation including their historical and cultural development. The empirical section used the Dotazník o způsobu výchovy v rodině (Čáp & Boschek, 1994), applied to a sample of respondents across generations, and chi-square tests to analyze the data. The results of the analyses did not verify a significant difference between generations and parenting styles but showed significant differences in parenting between mothers and fathers. By comparing the results with similar Czech studies on this topic, the research provides new insights into the development of parenting styles over time.
